If it is not possible to deliver the complete sets, we want to cancel the entire order - because the remaining titles are not such important for us, and we’ve expected a full set, not just chunks of it. I don’t understand how the money arrived today, since I’ve received a confirmation of our order and money transfer dated on 14.01.2008 (see attachment) … Anyway, this is really dissapointing - we’ve been waiting for those books … […]Please let me know when you’ve done with the transfer.
